Peanuts are a significant food crop, providing a source of protein and vegetable oil with promising market potential. In Indonesia, peanut production exhibits fluctuations. One strategy to enhance peanut production is the application of plant growth regulators and potassium fertilizers. This research aims to ascertain the impact of varying concentrations of plant growth regulators and potassium fertilizer dosages on plant growth and peanut yield. The research was conducted in Harmonika Street, Padang Bulan, Medan Selayang Sud-district, Medan City, North Sumatera from January 2024 to April 2024. The Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) was employed, with two factors and three replications. The first factor was the concentrations of the plant growth regulator, with levels of 1.5 ml/l water and 3 ml/l water. The second factor is the dosage of potassium fertilizer, which was varied as follows: 0 g/plant, 0.24 g/plant, 0.48 g/plant, and 0.72 g/plant. The results of the analysis indicated that the application of varying concentrations of plant growth regulator had a notable impact on several plant characteristics, including plant height at 4-8 WAP, plant canopy fresh weight, plant root fresh weight, number of pods, pod weight, sample bean fresh weight, sample bean dry weight, and 100 bean weight. The application of potassium fertilizer dosage was found to have a significant effect on plant height aged 3-7 WAP, plant canopy fresh weight, plant root fresh weight, number of pods and pods weight. However, the interaction between various concentrations of plant growth regulator and potassium fertilizer dosage did not have a significant effect on all parameters.
