This research aims to identify internal and external factors, as well as analyze development strategies that can be applied to Self-Picked Orange Agrotourism. The method used in this research uses SWOT analysis by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The research results showed that the strength factors include cleanliness and security, facilities, fees, service, panorama and attractiveness, promotion. Weakness factors include the location of agrotourism. Opportunity factors include visitor interest, cooperation with other parties and government support as well as threats including road access, visitor interest, the number of similar agrotourism, distance to similar agrotourism, alternative strategies obtained through the results of the SWOT matrix analysis consisting of eight alternative strategies for developing Paloh Agrotourism Dragon
