dc.description.abstractThe food and beverage industry in Medan is rapidly growing and becoming an essential part of tourism (culinary tourism) and city life. Tip Top Restaurant Medan is one of the many restaurants that attracts attention. Tip Top Restaurant Medan is one of the legendary culinary destinations in Medan, and from past to present, it has continued to exist, with many customers visiting to dine and relax while enjoying the food, drinks, and cakes offered by the restaurant. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the promotional strategies used by Tip Top Restaurant Medan in attracting customers. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The owners and employees of Tip Top Restaurant Medan were the subjects of observation, interviews, and written records. The results show that Tip Top Restaurant has promotional programs to increase customer visits, with the most prominent promotional method being Public Relations.en_US
