The purpose of this research is to observe the distribution of traits in soybean crosses between Anjasmoro and Grobogan F3 generations and to identify the types of pests attacking these soybeans. This research was conducted on Pasar 1 Street, Tanjung Sari District, Sunggal. Two planting areas were used: non-organic and organic, to compare each planting system with a total of 70 samples using observation methods and visual statistical analysis, describing the existing values. Eleven parameters were observed: flowering age, number of branches, number of filled pods, harvesting age, plant height, number of empty pods, seed weight, weight of 100 seeds, pod integrity, pest damage, and disease damage. The results of this research show an ideal and uniform population distribution seen through the skewness and kurtosis values for each observed parameter. There were seven pest and disease attacks damaging the research plants. This research resulted in organic seeds that will continue to be planted and selected until the F6 generation.
