dc.description.abstractThis study aims to measure the influence of system quality, information quality, e-service quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived usage on user satisfaction of B2B2C e-commerce-based accounting information systems on Blibli application users among students of the University of North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with purposive sampling techniques. The population in this study is students of the University of North Sumatra with a sample of 396 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of google forms and also offline in the form of questionnaire papers. The results of the study revealed that system quality, information quality, e-service quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived usage have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. This study also shows that system quality, e-service quality, and perceived usage have the biggest impact on user satisfaction of B2B2C e-commerce-based accounting information systems in Blibli application users among University of North Sumatra students.en_US
