dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to analyze the added value of soy milk processing at the Sidomulyo Village H3Soy Business and also the income at the Sidomulyo Village H3Soy Business. The research location was determined intentionally with 1 cracker entrepreneur respondent determined by using the census method on the owner of the soy milk processing business in Sidomulyo Village. The data analysis method used is the Hayami method to calculate added value and also the income analysis method. The results of this study concluded that the added value of the H3Soy Business in Sidomulyo Village was Rp. 17,946.68/Kg with a value-added ratio of 29.91%. The income at the Sidomulyo Village H3Soy Business is worth Rp. 1,254,354 for one production process.en_US
