dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze the impact or influence of the increase in the price of non-subsidized fertilizer on rice farmers in Tanjung Baru Village, Tanjung Morawa District. This research also aims to analyze whether there is a change in the income level of farmers in Tanjung Baru Village due to the increase in the price of non-subsidized fertilizer. The analytical method used in this research is farmer income analysis and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis of farmer income were that the increase in the price of non-subsidized fertilizer had an impact on farmer income, where 77 of the 79 farmers interviewed experienced an increase while 2 other farmers experienced a decrease in income. The results of the Wilcoxon test, namely Asymp.Sig (2-tailed), have a value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the increase in the price of non-subsidized fertilizer has a real effect on the income of rice farmers.en_US
