dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze the role of agricultural instructors in developing farmer groups. The population of this study was horticultural plants, determining the number of research samples using the Slovin formula, and sampling was carried out randomly. Primary data was collected by interviewing respondents using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data came from the village head's office and journals related to the research. The data analysis method uses the score analysis method and the Spearman Rank Correlation analysis method. The results of this research show that the role of instructors in developing horticultural crop farmer groups is classified as very high, then the correlation results show that the role of instructors as motivators, educators, communicators, organizers has a significant relationship in the development of horticultural crop farmer groups. Meanwhile, there is no significant relationship between the role of extension workers as facilitators in the development of horticultural crop farmer groups.en_US
