Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), which is an acute viral disease characterized by fever, headache, bone pain, joint pain, muscle pain, rash, and decreased white blood cell count. DHF is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes and can cause potentially fatal dengue shock syndrome. In 2021, WHO reported approximately 100-400 million global cases of DHF per year, with Asia contributing 70% of the cases, and 57% of cases in Southeast Asia occurring in Indonesia. The spread of DHF is also influenced by climate, especially rainfall, as well as temperature, virus density, and herd immunity. The role of nurses in DHF prevention includes education on Clean and Healthy Living Patterns (PHBS) and Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN). These prevention measures aim to reduce the incidence of DHF, especially during the rainy season. This paper uses a case study method with a Nursing Care approach involving three respondents in Padang Bulan Selayang 1. Data collection uses the Nursing Care format consisting of Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Implementation, and Nursing Evaluation. Based on the importance of mosquito nest prevention and eradication, the author emphasizes the need for Nursing Care management based on environmental health education with the title "Management of DHF Client Care and Services Based on Environmental Health Education in Risky Disease in Padang Bulan Selayang 1 Sub-district."en_US
