B in accordance with data analysis there are 3, namely: Ineffectiveness of airway clearance associated with airway spasm, disturbance of sleep patterns associated with the disease process of coughing and tightness, activity intolerance associated with an imbalance between supply and oxygen demand. After the nursing action was taken, it was found that the results of the evaluation of the nursing problem of airway clearance ineffectiveness had not been resolved due to additional ronchi (+) breath sounds and difficulty in removing phlegm. The problem of sleep pattern disturbance is resolved, characterized by improved sleep quality and decreased frequency of coughing and tightness at night. The problem of activity intolerance has not been resolved because they still feel tight and weak and activities are still assisted by family. The main management in this tuberculosis case is to provide health education about the application of Effective Cough to clean secretions in the airway.
