Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Berbasis Holistic Caring pada Ny. S Penderita Hipertensi dengan Masalah Keperawatan Utama : Nyeri Akut di Kelurahan Pangkalan Mansyur

Abstract

Nursing care for hypertensive clients is useful for reducing the occurrence of complications that affect the body's vital organs. The ability of nurses to provide holistic and professional services, by implementing management and physical and psychosocial nursing care to create comprehensive nursing services. Pain is an unpleasant physical and emotional sensation caused by tissue damage, inflammation or nerve damage. Acute pain is pain that is felt for a short time and lasts less than six months, the source and area of the pain are clearly known. The cause of headaches in hypertension is due to narrowing of the blood vessels. Overcoming hypertension headaches can be done to make patients feel safe and comfortable, namely with pharmacological therapy and non- pharmacological therapy. Nursing care for clients with acute pain was carried out in Pangkalan Mansyur Village on 21-24 May 2024 using interview and observation methods. The results obtained by individual management using a communication approach and providing slow deep breathing relaxation therapy were very effectively applied to clients with the main nursing problem, namely acute pain. These results are proven by the main nursing problem, namely acute pain in clients which can be resolved after following the nursing management process for 3 sessions with indicators of pain felt by the client decreasing. It is recommended for families to apply nursing management to support the fulfillment of comfort and improve the quality of life of clients with pain nursing problems.
