dc.description.abstractHypertension is a disease caused by blood pressure above normal continuously, systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg after two separate measurements. Finger hold relaxation therapy is part of a technique that is simple and easy for anyone to do because it involves fingers and breathing. Assessing the effectiveness of differences in blood pressure before and after applying finger grip relaxation to lower blood pressure. Treatment of hypertension with finger therapy was carried out on 2 patients using the nursing care method. Data processing was carried out using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is a data processing procedure by describing or summarizing data scientifically. Treatment of hypertension with finger grip relaxation therapy is carried out for 3 days at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis. This treatment is carried out for 3 days, the treatment is carried out for 30 minutes in one meeting. This treatment can lower the patient's blood pressure. Conclusion: Finger grip relaxation therapy can reduce high blood pressure in hypertension sufferers.en_US
