This case study research involved 3 teenage patients who were willing to be given
intervention in the nursing care process. It can be concluded that the 3 patients

pain felt by the clients. The intervention given to clients is lavender aromatherapy
therapy, physically it is good for reducing pain, while psychologically it can relax
the mind, reduce tension and anxiety and provide calm. Lavender aromatherapy
can increase parasympathetic nerve activity and calm for at least 10 minutes. The
results of nursing care showed that there was a reduction in the scale of pain felt,
the client looked relaxed, the client was able to carry out activities independently
and freely and the client was aware of the menstrual process, there were changes
in this. The managed patient said he would follow this method in dealing with
menstrual pain.
