Abstract
This research is entitled PT. PLN Persero Communication Network on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. PLN Persero UP3 North Medan. The aim of this research is to find out how the communication network of PT. PLN Persero on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN Persero UP3 North Medan. The theory used in this research is organizational communication and job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN PERSERO UP3 North Medan. The population in the study was 268 people. In this study, the total sample studied was 72.8 which was rounded up to 73 respondents at PT. PLN PERSERO UP3 Medan Utara. The sampling technique is a method for taking samples in this research, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is a sampling technique that is carried out if the characteristics or elements in the population are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. The results of this research show that there is an influence between the communication network of PT. PLN Persero UP3 Medan Utara on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN Persero UP3 North Medan. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the determination test results were 15 percent. Through this hypothesis test, it can be stated that there is an influence between the communication network of PT PLN Persero UP3 Medan Utara on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN Persero UP3 North Medan.
