Children are used by irresponsible individuals to work on the streets, they are forced to earn money as buskers, in order to meet their and their family's needs. Child exploitation as a social crime that can have a long impact and can destroy a child's future robs the victim of their childhood by disrupting the child's psychological and emotional development (Nuraeny Hilman: 2017). According to Bagong, there are 3 factors that cause child exploitation: 1.Economic factors (poverty), 2.Environmental factors, 3. Family factors. This research aims to find out what factors occur in child exploitation in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data obtained will be processed using qualitative analysis and it will be concluded that there are 3 factors that cause child exploitation in the village of Sampali: 1.Poverty factors, parents' inadequate economic conditions are one of the main factors that cause exploitation, 2.Environmental factors, 3.Factors Family disharmony is not just divorce but frequent arguments that make children uncomfortable at home so that children look for happiness outside.
