The Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of Siantar Hotel Employees in Pematangsiantar Case Study at Siantar Hotel in Pematangsiantar
Abstract
This thesis reviews the influence of organizational culture on employee job
satisfaction at Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar, focusing on job satisfaction. Job
satisfaction can be fulfilled if there is a good organizational culture and high
commitment from employees.This research method uses a qualitative approach
with data based on in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The
purpose of this research is to observe the influence of organizational culture and
organizational commitment on the job satisfaction of Siantar Hotel
Pematangsiantar employees. The number of employees who participated in this
research were 6 permanent employees of the Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar. The
results of this research indicate that organizational culture has a positive and
significant effect on the job satisfaction of Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar
employees. This means that it is getting better the organizational culture that
exists at Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar, and the higher the commitment
possessed by Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar employees, the employee job
satisfaction at Siantar Hotel Pematangsiantar will increase.
