dc.description.abstractThe government can take advantage of the development of information and communication technology into the government environment or what is known as Electronic Government. The government must be able to provide services according to community needs, one of the services that must be provided is administrative services. An application that can be used in administrative and archival services for the Government is the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System Application (SRIKANDI). However, the lack of quality of Information Technology (IT) products in the government work environment is still a common problem in every government organization in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) in Administrative Services at the Deli Serdang Regency Library and Archives Service. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation and literature study. Data was obtained and analyzed qualitatively using System Quality theory by DeLone and McLean (2003) which consists of indicators Ease of Use, Speed of Access (Response Time), Reliability, Flexibility and Security. The research results show Ease of Use (Ease of Use) SRIKANDI application easy to understand and use by users (User Friendly Aplication), can navigate letters, electronic signatures and use system features well. Access Speed (Response Time) The SRIKANDI application has good data access and processing speed, can upload, search and manage letters and documents quickly. Reliability The SRIKANDI application is ready to be used 24 hours and can increase service effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility Application SRIKANDI adapts various community administration needs, can be accessed by various devices, adapts to various document formats, and makes electronic signing easier. Security The SRIKANDI application is managed by the Central Government, ANRI, KOMINFO, and BSSN, thereby providing multi-layered security for documents in administrative services.en_US
