Dampak Konflik Agraria Pembangunan Kawasan Permukiman Cibubur oleh PT PP Properti Tbk di Desa Harjamukti Kota Depok

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of agrarian conflict development experienced by the community on Jl. Alternative Trasnyogi, Harjamukti, Depok City. related to building evictions. Referring to Law No. 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare, this study describes four aspects of impact: material, spiritual, social, social function. And researchers also look at the environmental impact aspect in this study. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach as explained by Sugiyono, which aims to describe the phenomena in the field in detail based on data collected from research subjects. The results of the study show that agrarian conflicts cause various impacts on the community. Such as loss of residential buildings, decreased income, increased expenses, loss of business land. The spiritual aspect affects the emotional condition of residents who are disturbed by the eviction of places of worship, which triggers emotional instability among residents, socially, divisions between residents occur, and social relations between residents are disrupted due to the eviction of buildings experienced. The environmental aspect affects the remains of building debris from the eviction of buildings that disrupt the activities of local residents, as well as land boundaries made by residents and PT PP Properti Tbk, disrupting residents' road access. This study is expected to provide insight into the development of fair and inclusive policies in managing agrarian conflicts.
