Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, focusing on understanding how Good Governance improves member compliance. The research was conducted in Medan, chosen due to existing issues in the cooperative's complaint management system. The findings indicate that the implementation of Good Governance at KSP Makmur Artha Sejahtera has had a positive impact on both members and the community. Key governance principles, such as accountability, transparency, participation, efficiency, equality, rule of law, strategic vision, responsiveness, and consensus orientation, form the foundation of the cooperative's operations. However, challenges remain, including governance reliability issues and non-compliance with these principles. To achieve more optimal Good Governance, improvements in human resources and the strengthening of internal governance mechanisms are necessary. | en_US |
