Analisis Tingkat Cakupan Realisasi Layanan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat Untuk Pencegahan Stunting Dengan Menerapkan Metode Statistika Quality Control

Abstract

Langkat Regency is one of the areas with stunting problems that are very concerned by the government. The problem of stunting in Langkat Regency for each year decreases and it cannot be separated from the government's efforts in suppressing stunting growth to keep it under control, therefore there is a need for research and analysis related to how much government services in reducing stunting in Langkat Regency and seeing which sub-districts / areas are still in control or out of control as well as being an example for the Regency / City in facing the same problem. The method used is Statistical Quality Control (SQC) using control maps X and R. The type of data used is secondary data, with the data used in this study are Family Planning Service Units, unwanted pregnancies, PKH Recipient Families (Family Hope Program) with a total sample of 23 Districts in Langkat Regency. Results Analysis of this study the average X which is the central line for the X control map is 30.46. The Upper Control Limit (BPA) value is 53.03 and the Lower Control Limit value is 7.88. The mean value of R which is the central line for the R controller is 30.92. The value of the Upper Control Limit (BPA) is 70.58 and the value of the Lower Control Limit (BPB) is 0. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen and concluded that the level of service for Langkat Stunting Prevention is still within the standard control limits.
