Layanan Digital pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Medan

Abstract

This final project discusses the digital services at the Library and Archives Office of Medan City. This research aims to explore the digital services available at the agency. The data collection methods used inchade Eterature review, observation, Interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that the Library and Archives Office of Medan City provides digital services such as OPAC, E-Punda, Sipencipta, Pocadi, and E-Pariban. Through these services, users can search for books, access reading materials, manage archives, and share literary works digitally. The digital services offered by the Library and Archives Office of Medan City, such an OPAC, E-Pusda, Sipencipta, and POCADI, aim to facilitate public access to information and library collections. With a total of 4,085 library members and 4,438 monthly visitors, this office has a total collection of library materials of 38.061 titles and 77,902 copies of books. Thus, it can be said that the digital services at the Library and Archives Office of Medan City have been implemented effectively.
