    Abstract
    The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Independent Variables, namely the Number of Workers, Education and Training Costs, Third Party Funds and the Human Development Index on the Dependent Variable, namely the Development of Sharia Banking in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using the Classic Assumption Test. Time series data processed using Eviews 12 data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the 2005-2022 period. The results of this research show that partially only the Independent Variable Third Party Funds has a t-statistic value of 15.629 and the Human Development Index which has a t-statistic value of 2.903 has a significant effect on the Dependent Variable on the development of sharia banking in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the Independent Variables Number of Workers, Educational Training Costs, Third Party Funds, Human Development Index have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the dependent variable Sharia Banking Development.
