This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of leadership communication style on employee performance, the influence of organizational communication climate on employee performance, as well as the influence of leadership communication style and organizational communication climate on employee performance of Rukun Damai Savings and Loans Cooperative Medan - Deli Serdang. The theories in this research are Interpersonal Communication, Group Communication, Communication Style, Organizational Communication Climate, Employee Performance, and Organizational Information Theory. This research uses quantitative methods using correlational methods. The population of this study was all employees of the Rukun Damai Savings and Loans Cooperative Medan - Deli Serdang, totaling 60 people. The entire population in this study was used as the research sample. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The results of this research are that there is an influence of the leadership's communication style on the performance of the Rukun Damai Medan - Deli Serdang Savings and Loans Cooperative employees with a correlation value between the two variables of 0.346 which shows a low but definite correlation. There is an influence of organizational communication climate on the performance of employees of the Rukun Damai Savings and Loans Cooperative Medan - Deli Serdang of 0.407 which shows a low but definite correlation. There is an influence of the leadership's communication style and organizational communication climate on the performance of the Rukun Damai Medan - Deli Serdang Savings and Loans Cooperative employees. The correlation value between the two variables is 0.426, which indicates a low but definite correlation. Apart from that, the positive correlation value results show a unidirectional relationship. The coefficient of determination between these variables is 18.1%, the remaining 81.9% is other factors outside the variables in this study.
