This study aims to identify the level of technical efficiency in palm oil fertilization of PT PP London Sumatera and to identify the level of price efficiency in palm oil fertilization of PT PP London Sumatera. The determination of the research location was done purposively. The analysis method used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Frontier with descriptive quantitative approach.
The results of the research using Constant Return to Scale (CRS) analysis showed that the use of MOP, Dolomite, Rock Phosphate, and Urea fertilizers experienced inefficiency for several semesters, with only a small number of semesters reaching technical efficiency. In contrast, the results of the analysis using Variable Return to Scale (VRS) showed that these fertilizers faced efficiency challenges for several semesters, although there were several semesters that managed to achieve technical efficiency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the price efficiency analysis, the use of various types of fertilizers has a high level of efficiency, including the types of urea, Rock Phosphate, Dolomite, and MOP fertilizers which are efficient in terms of price, provide significant economic benefits and increase revenue more than the costs incurred.
