Analisis Nilai Sosial Dalam Novel قلب اليل /Qalbu Al-Laili/ “Jantung Malam” Karya Naguib Mahfouz (Analisis Sosiologi Sastra)

Abstract

This research examines the social values contained in the novel قلب اليل /Qalbu al-Lail/ “Jantung Malam” by Naguib Mahfouz. The aim of this research to explain the social values contained in the novel قلب اليل /Qalbu Al-Laili/ “Jantung Malam” by Naguib Mahfouz through the elements in the novel. The theory used is sociological theory of literature by Nurholis. This research uses a literary sociology approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out using the library research. The results of this research show that there are social values in the novel قلب اليل /Qalbu Al-Laili/ which consist of namely truth values, moral values, religious values, and aesthetic values. The conclusions found in this research are fourty five social values, there is a truth values as much fifteen values, moral values as much twenty four values, religious values as much five values, aesthetic values as much one values.
