dc.description.abstractBackground: Organizational culture plays a very important role in increasing employee job satisfaction in a company. A positive culture will provide comfort to employees at work so that employee performance at work will also increase. Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the level of employee job satisfaction with organizational culture at PT Bank X Sub-Branch Office of the University of North Sumatra. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data in the form of in-depth interviews and observations explore views, perceptions, experiences, information and collect data using numbers and statistics in the form of questionnaires to employees of PT Bank X Sub-Branch Office of the University of North Sumatra with 19 respondents and 25 customers. Results: The results of the study show that a positive organizational culture makes employees feel an inclusive environment and values their contributions, their level of job satisfaction increases. This is reflected in higher levels of motivation, strong commitment to the company, and better quality of service to customers. Conclusion: A positive organizational culture is essential for companies to create high employee job satisfaction, which in turn can have a positive impact on the company's performance and reputation in the industry.en_US
