Pengaruh Faktor Ekonomi terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Tani Kentang (Kasus Desa Merek, Kecamatan Merek, Kabupaten Karo,Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of economic factors on potato farming income in Desa Merek. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The population in this study was taken from farmers who tried to grow potatoes in Desa Merek with a research population of 81, while for the sample using the slovin formula with a standard error of 10% and Simple Random Sampling was carried out so that the final sample obtained was 45 farmers. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used was the Multiple Linear Regression Test. Where the tool used to develop the test used was using SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the income from potato farming in Merek Village is relatively high with an average of IDR 137,886,190 per hectare of land area. Both simultaneously and partially, the variables of land area, capital, and selling price have a positive and significant effect on potato farming income. Partially, the productivity variable has a positive effect but does not affect the income of the potato business.
