College libraries are located within a college that serve to provide services and meet the needs of their users, that is, the academic community and play an important role in the Tri Dharma of higher education by providing various information sources to support research, service, and teaching activities in the college. This study aims to determine user perceptions of the facilities and infrastructure at the Sari Mutiara University Library in Medan. The study uses a descriptive quantitative technique by surveying 99 users of the Sari Mutiara University Library to understand their perceptions through responding to statements provided. The results show that overall, users perceive the facilities and infrastructure of the Sari Mutiara University Library in Medan as good. This is evidenced by a total final score of 3.24, which falls within the interval scale of 2.56-3.25 (good). This means that most users agree with the statements regarding the library's facilities and infrastructure. However, some deficiencies were noted, specifically in the lockers, tables, and chairs, which are still inadequate in meeting user needs.
