Identification of quality determination factors at the PTPN IV Pulu Raja Palm Oil Mill using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method has never been done before, so this study aims to identify and determine the best quality of palm oil to be processed. The method used is the AHP method, which is a decision-making approach that considers several criteria to determine priorities. Data collection was carried out using the interview method, filling out questionnaires and documentation. The AHP process begins by creating a hierarchical structure of the problem and continues with the creation of a paired matrix. In the weight analysis, the criteria weights are determined through the normalization of the pairwise comparison matrix. Consistency Ratio (CR) test <0.1 to ensure consistent assessment. The final results show that fruit thickness is the main priority in determining the best quality of palm oil with a weight of 0.7497 based on all specified criteria.
