dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted at the Medan City BPN Office with the aim of analyzing and determining the effect of training on the performance of employees working in the company. The population of this study was 59 employees who worked at the Medan City BPN office. The sample was taken with a saturated sample so that the total sample was 59 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation and surveys and data analysis techniques using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The research results show that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at work. There is a strong correlation between training and employee performance and the percentage of training explaining performance is 57.1% and the remaining 42.9% can be explained by other variables that were not studied, such as promotions, compensation, incentives and so on.en_US
