dc.description.abstractPurpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, privacy and quality of internet connection online banking on customer satisfaction at Bank CIMB Niaga Gajah Mada according to partial field and simultaneously. The data used in this study is the primary data. Data analysis methods used is descriptive quantitative analysis of as many as 97 respondents as the study sample, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Testing hypotheses using multiple linear regression. Data on the process of using SPSS version 16.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous security, privacy and quality of internet connection in a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of customers banking online with Bank CIMB Niaga Gajah Mada Medan.en_US
