Given that the company has 600 employees, the sample was selected using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample size of 100. In this study, the Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) function approach was employed. The degree of influence exerted by each criterion can be discerned from its central role and its relationship with other criteria. The influence of a criterion is determined by its value (D-R).
