dc.description.abstract | This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in improving the quality of online registration services at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. Online registration services through this application are a form of quality improvement carried out by the hospital to make it easier for patients to register, reduce waiting times, and overcome manual queue problems that were previously often an obstacle.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. This research was conducted at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. The theory used is the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani in Pertiwi and Nurcahyanto (2017), namely program objectives, target accuracy, program socialization and program monitoring.
The results of the study indicate that the Mobile JKN application can be said to be effective because this application provides convenience in registration service activities at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. This application plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of registration services, which can be seen from the suitability of program objectives, target accuracy, program socialization and program monitoring. Which online registration provides various features that support ease of access, speed, and accuracy of the registration process. Through the use of the Mobile JKN application, participants can directly register at the hospital without having to come in person, thereby reducing waiting time and increasing patient comfort. | en_US |
