The lack of gender education in Indonesia often causes gender inequality, therefore gender education is very necessary. The aim of this research is to describe the role of the Women's Community Today as a representation of the women's movement in education and gender education at Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli (SASUDE). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observations, and also literature studies. The results of this research are that the program carried out by SASUDE in gender education has been effective. This effectiveness can be seen from the increasing awareness of children in applying limits to themselves independently. Then another indicator can be seen from the decline in the number of early marriages in this environment.en_US
