    Abstract
    Introduction: Cervical cancer is a malignancy of the cervix. Cervical cancer turns normal cells into abnormal cells, so that abnormal cells in this cancer will make surrounding damage to body tissues. Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about cervical cancer and adolescent motivation to carry out Human Papillomavirus (HPV) immunization in the working area of the Lalang Village Health Center. Method: The study used a correlational analytic method with a cross-sectional prospective approach data obtained through a questionnaire with a total sample of 112 respondents. Results and Discussion: Based on a total of 112 respondents, the most age in the 11 year category was 58 respondents (51,8%), the most education in grade 6 was 59 respondents (52,7%), the most family income < UMR was 72 respondents (64,3%), and had no history of cervical cancer as many as 112 respondents (100%). There was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent girls before and after education (p=0,001) and the motivation of adolescents to immunize before and after education (p=0,001). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent girls and the motivation of adolescents to carry out HPV immunization before (p=0,003) and after education (p=0,001).
