Analisis Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode Hazard Identification Risk Asessment and Risk Control dan Job Safety Analysis

Abstract

PT Sisirau is a private company that produces Palm Fruit Bunches (FFB) and at the same time processes FFB into Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK). This company has a common problem, namely that workers do not implement the K3 program in the production floor area. This common problem is caused by workers not implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) program. This problem can be solved by analyzing the level of risk of work accidents at the workstation using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) methods. This study aims to assess the level of occupational accident risk and develop a model of accident occurrence. The results of this study obtained three activities that are categorized as extreme conditions, this value is obtained from the results of the K3 risk assessment from the HIRIARC method. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) helps identify hazards that may not be visible at first glance and evaluates the risks associated with each step of the job.
