Abstract

Gout Arthitis is a joint disease caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood. High uric acid levels in the blood exceed normal limits causing a buildup of uric acid in joints and other body tissues that can cause pain. Pain itself is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience due to tissue damage, both actual and potential or described in the form of damage to body systems. The purpose of nursing care management based on holistic caring for gout arthritis sufferers is to be able to control and manage pain that arises due to high uric acid levels. The results of the management of nursing care for Mr. M's clients have a diagnosis of chronic pain, impaired physical mobility, and anxiety. From the three diagnoses, Mr. M found the problem was partially resolved
