Pregnancy is a natural process that occurs in women, which causes physiological changes, not pathological, for the mother. The mother's behavior during pregnancy can affect the health of the mother and the fetus she gives birth to (Marbun et al., 2019). Feelings of anxiety and worry in the third trimester will increase when entering the age of seven months of pregnancy and above approaching delivery, where the mother will imagine the process of giving birth with the pain experienced and tension and even death during childbirth. In carrying out this senior practicum, the researcher carried out nursing care on anxiety clients with non-pharmacological management, namely with the intervention of deep breathing relaxation techniques aimed at anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester. Nursing care was carried out for 3 weeks starting from May 5 to May 23, 2024 on one patient in the third trimester of pregnancy. The results of the implementation showed that from the patient, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester by carrying out deep breathing relaxation techniques.
