| dc.description.abstract | PT Tri Putra Yusindo is a service contractor in the field of construction in the Bulking Oil Shed project located at Jalan Pelabuhan 3, Belawan I, Medan Kota Belawan, Medan City, North Sumatra. Bulking Oil Shed construction consists of several buildings so that effective project control is needed so that project completion is in accordance with specifications, on time, and optimal in the utilization of allocated resources. One of the project control methods is the Earned Value Analysis method which can provide comprehensive information about project performance so that it can be predicted whether the project completion conditions will benefit or incur losses. To help analyze data and project control can use Primavera P6 Software. This study aims to determine the comparison between planning and realization in terms of cost and time and to determine cost and time control with the Earned Valule Analysis method using Primavera P6 on the Bulking Oil Shed project in the implementation of Storage Tank construction. Primavera P6 has features that make it possible to perform earned value analysis automatically after inputting project data, such as activities, duration, and planned project costs and project progress data. Primavera P6 automatically calculates the Earned Value, Planned Value, and Actual Cost values for each reporting period so as to obtain the Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index values to evaluate project cost and schedule performance. The results of data processing in the third month of project implementation reporting show that cost realization is smaller than planning and project completion is faster than planning which can be seen from the CPI and SPI values which are greater than one. Thus, the projected state of the project shows a profit of Rp 2,540,083,573.00 and a faster project completion of 0.07 months. | en_US |
