dc.description.abstractThis research discuss about multimodal analysis in FIFA World Cup Official Poster from 2014-2022. The most recent tournaments from 2014 to 2022 have been particularly notable for their high levels of anticipation and audience engagement. The aims of this study are to identify the multimodal elements of FIFA World Cup Official Poster from 2014-2022, to describe the multimodal elements of FIFA World Cup Official Poster from 2014-2022 that represent meaning. The research employed a qualitative methods. The data were taken and downloaded from FIFA Website. This research uses Kress and Van Leeuwen theory to identify the visual grammar of the image in FIFA World Cup Official Poster from 2014-2022. The result showed that there are 42 images with multimodal metafuntion that indicate the visual representation and realization in FIFA World Cup Official Poster from 2014-2022.en_US
