Samples were taken from 64 farmers using the Proportional Random Sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, relevant government agencies, and previous literature. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive methods and the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results obtained indicate that the level of adoption of PHT by farmers in Sei Beras Sekata Village falls into the moderate category, with 84.4% of farmers. In terms of the relationship between socio-economic characteristics and the level of PHT adoption, the variables of age and education have a significant relationship with the level of PHT adoption, while other factors such as experience, number of dependents, land area, gender, land status, and income do not show a significant relationship.
