The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Job characteristics on Workforce Agility at PT Everbright employees. Workforce agility is the ability of employees to solve everyday problems. The importance of a worker’s Workforce agility for the company has an impact on the quality of human relationships and work-conductive changes. Job characteristics can be used as a reference for recaderization and program intervention processes that can improve the quality of working life. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with correlational methods. The data collection method in this research uses a scale in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale with a research population of all of PT Everbright employees sample withdrawal was calculated using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 95 employees. The simple linear regression equantion in this research is as follows: Y = 77.365 + 1.402 X, the value of the job Characteristic count coefficient is 21.027, the table value is 1.985 then the table count > 21.027 > 1.985); sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The determinant coefficient (R2) of Job Characteristics and Workforce Agility shows the value of 0.375 then 0.375 x 100% of 37.50%, meaning that the independent variable contributes a big thought to explain Workforce Agility at PT Everbright employees is 37.50% the remaining influenced by other factors. The conclusion is Job Characteristics has a significant effect on Workforce Agility at PT Everbright employees.
