Ergendang Cave is one of the leading tourist attractions in North Sumatra Province. Ergendang Cave natural tourism is in Sibiru-biru sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, which has an area of 6 km2. The aim of this research is to assess the potential attraction, determine development priority factors, as well as determine tourism development strategies. Ergendang Cave nature. The data collection methods used were conducting interviews, Focus Group Discussions, questionnaires and direct observation with key informants as well. The data analysis method used in this research is ODTWA, Analytical Hierarchy Process and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats Analysis. The results of this research are that Ergendang Cave natural tourism is worthy of being developed as a natural tourism destination with a percentage of 75.50%. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, the priority for developing Ergendang Cave tourism is the management aspect with a weight of 416 criteria, the sub-criteria is the main priority, namely promotion tourism with a sub-criteria weight of 667, while the alternative is community capacity development with a sub-criteria weight of 435. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the Ergendang Cave natural tourist attraction area is in Quadrant I, namely taking advantage of strengths and opportunities so that development of the Ergendang Cave tourist attraction can be increased, namely by increasing tourism promotion by collaborating with influencers, using websites, creating activity programs to attract visitors.
