dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of using the growth regulator 2,4-D and the growth regulator BAP as well as the interaction of the combination of2,4- D and BAP on the growth of Cumin Leaves (Coleus amboinicus L.) shoots in vitro. This research was carried out at the Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra from January 2024 to April 2024. This research used the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 2 treatment factors and each treatment had 3 replications. The first treatment factor is the ZPT concentration of 2.4 D which consists of O ppm, 0.5 ppm and 1 ppm. The second treatment factor is the ZPT BAP concentration which consists of O ppm, 2 ppm and 4 ppm. The parameters observed were the percentage of exp/ants forming shoots(%), the percentage of exp/ants forming callus (%), shoot length, shoot emergence time, and leaf emergence time. The results of this study showed that giving BAP had a significant effect on observing the length of shoots and the time of shoot emergence. The application of 2.4-D had no significant effect on the parameters of shoot Length and time of emergence of black cumin shoots. The interaction of the combination of 2,4-D and BAP had no significant effect on the parameters of shoot length and shoot emergence time. Tahun 2014 lulus dari SD Negeri 1 Kutacane, Kecamatan Babussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, Aceh 2. Tahun 2017 lulus dari MTsN 1 Aceh Tenggara, Kecamatan Babussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, Aceh 3. Tahun 2020 lulus dari SMAN 1 Kutacane, Kecamatan Babussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara, Aceh Selama mengikuti perkuliahan, penulis aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan yaitu Himpunan Mahasiswa Agroteknologi (HIMAGROTEK). Pada tahun 2023 penilis melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di PTPN ill Kebun Gunung Para, Kota Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2023 dan melaksanakan KKN-Tematik MBKM di Desa Sempajaya, Kecamatan Berastagi, Kabupaten Karo, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada bulan September-Desember 2023. lllen_US
